Soulja Boy and Rich the Kid turn up in the video for “Get Rich.”
You haven’t made it until you’re in Soulja Boy’s backyard resting your cup of lean on his air conditioner unit. That’s exactly what Quality Control’s Rich The Kid does in his new video with Mr. Tell Em himself.
The song here is “Get Rich,” and it’s produced by Metro Boomin. It’s a cinematic-sounding banger that’s ornamented with buzzing synths, a watery beat and some subtle piano chords. Soulja Boy raps about what he usually raps about– turning up, sipping lean, smoking loud and, above all, getting money with SODMG — and RTK mostly follows suit, though he included some classically QC bars about the trap jumping.
